Each custom piece is quoted individually based on the item type, size, materials, design details, timeline, and work required.

Deposit and Payment

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required before work begins.

This deposit reserves your place in the custom order queue and helps cover planning, time, and materials needed to begin your piece.

The remaining 50% balance is due before the completed item is shipped or released. If shipping was not included in the original quote, it will be added to the final invoice.

Timelines vary depending on the item, design details, materials, and current order queue. Your estimated completion time will be confirmed before payment is requested.

Can I upload an inspiration image?

Yes. You may share an inspiration image or reference photo when submitting your request. The final design will be discussed and confirmed before work begins.

Can I choose my colours?

Yes. You can request preferred colours or colour combinations. Colour availability depends on yarn and material availability.

Is the deposit refundable?

No. The 50% deposit is non-refundable once the custom order is confirmed and work has started.

When do I pay the balance?

The remaining balance is due before the completed order is shipped or released.

Can I make changes after submitting my request?

Minor adjustments may be possible before work begins. Once production starts, changes may be limited.
