Shipping Information

We currently ship within Canada.

Shipping rates are based on the type of item ordered and the delivery province. Smaller accessories ship at a lower rate, while crochet bags and structured items require parcel shipping.

Processing Time

Most ready-to-ship items are processed within 3–5 business days.

Each item is carefully checked and packaged before shipping. If an item is made to order or part of a custom request, the processing time may be longer and will be confirmed before payment.

Shipping Rates Within Canada

Small Accessories
Jewellery, earrings, stitch markers, charms, and other small accessories ship for $6.99 CAD.

Small Wearables
Headbands, headwarmers, beanies, and soft, small crochet wearables may have a separate shipping rate based on size and packaging.

Bags and Structured Items
Crochet bags, sunhats, bulky hats, and structured items ship by regional parcel rates. Shipping costs vary by province and will appear at checkout.

Estimated Delivery

Estimated delivery within Canada is usually 3–8 business days after the order is processed, depending on your province and the available shipping service.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by postal delays, weather, holidays, or carrier service disruptions.

International Shipping

International shipping is not currently available at checkout.

If you are outside Canada and interested in an item, please contact us before ordering so we can review shipping options and provide a quote.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please check your shipping address carefully before placing your order.

Hooked On Crochet Design is not responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by an incorrect or incomplete shipping address.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been shipped, delivery is handled by the shipping carrier. If your package is delayed, please contact us, and we will do our best to assist you with tracking information.

 

Custom Orders

Custom orders may require a different processing time and shipping cost depending on the item, size, design details, and delivery location.

Before requesting payment, we will confirm the custom order details, estimated completion time, and shipping cost with you.

Custom orders are only started after payment has been confirmed. Once work has started, custom orders may not be eligible for cancellation.

If you are requesting a custom bag, hat, wearable item, or special colour combination, please contact us before placing an order so we can provide an accurate quote.
